Our Story
Building the Gulf
Coast since 2009
Scott Eason founded Eason Builders Group with one commitment: master the most technically demanding coastline in Florida, and deliver faster than anyone else doing it.
Where others treated barrier island construction — flood zones, piling systems, and coastal permitting — as a reason to slow down, EBG built a business around mastering it. Scott's background in commercial construction shaped how EBG operates: every project runs with a dedicated project manager, a full office support team, Gantt-chart scheduling, and specialized departments for estimating, permitting, and accounting. It's a commercial-grade process applied to custom residential work, and it's why a 12-month build timeline is our standard.
What started with custom barrier island homes has grown to include vacation rentals, hotels, restaurants, and multifamily developments. Current projects include a Bali-inspired waterfront home on Anna Maria Island featuring a pool built partially beneath the structure, and a bayfront collaboration with Beacon Home Design, a rooftop garden and rooftop pool on a 45-foot structure.
